Mr. Peinert has acquired the shares through 100% owned Zolo Konsult AS. After the purchase, Zolo Konsult AS owns 100.000 shares in Huddlestock Fintech AS.
Cecilia Luras, Director of Strategy & Investor Relations of Huddlestock Fintech AS, has purchased 20.000 shares in Huddlestock Fintech AS, at a purchase price of NOK 2,75 per share. After the purchase, owns Cecilia Luras 110.000 in Huddlestock Fintech AS.
